Richard Strauss - "Allerseelen"

Today is All Souls' Day so here is a song I have loved since I was a teenager. So romantic!

    How heartbreaking to sing to the dead loved one. It makes me glad Christa Ludwig, who I think is the female Fischer-Dieskau, is still alive.
